My Rosie Pope Maternity piece does not fit but I really love it! How can I send it back to you and get something different?

EXCHANGES ARE EASY! Shopping online is hard. Shopping online for maternity wear can be even more difficult! We would be happy to help you find the correct size. Send us the item you would like to exchange and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you! I am not crazy about my Rosie Pope Maternity piece that I purchased online. I would like to get a refund.

We will happily refund any unwashed, unworn, items with the tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include the original packing slip and confirmation number in your package. You may ship the item to the following address:

I want to make a Rosie Pope purchase but I need it shipped outside of the United States. Now what?

We now offer international shipping! Purchases that are shipped internationally are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees that may be charged at the time that the item is delivered. We are unable to estimate or pay for these fees. 


I have changed my mind about a Rosie Pope Baby item that I purchased online.

We are unable to offer refunds on Rosie Pope Baby. However, we can offer exchanges for a different style or size of current season items. The cost of shipping out the new items is on us! Be sure to include your proof of purchase*.

For Rosie Pope Maternity pieces that are purchased online, we can provide an exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. We must have proof of purchase* in the form of a gift receipt OR the purchaser’s information in our system.  If you would like a full refund, we can credit the original card that was used for the purchase.

 

I was shipped a Rosie Pope Baby item as a gift and the purchase was made online. My little one has already grown out of it! Can I get something else?

For baby gift items, we can offer an exchange on any unwashed, unworn, items with the tags still on within 30 days of the purchase date. We must have proof of purchase*.

I purchased a Rosie Pope Maternity item in the store but I no longer need it. What happens next?

For Rosie Pope Maternity pieces that are purchased in store, we can offer store credit or an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

I purchased a Rosie Pope Baby item in the store but I have changed my mind. Can I pick out something else?

For Rosie Pope Baby pieces purchased in one of our boutiques, we can offer store credit or an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date.

 

I was given a Rosie Pope Maternity piece as a gift. It is not quite the right fit. What options do I have?

For Rosie Pope Maternity pieces that are purchased in store without the mom-to-be present to try on, we can provide an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. We must have proof of purchase* in the form of a gift receipt OR the purchaser’s information in our system.  If you would like a full refund, come into one of our store locations, within 30 days of the purchase date, and we can credit the original card that was used for the purchase.

 

I received a Rosie Pope Baby item as a gift. My little one has already grown out of it! Can I get something else?

For baby items, we can offer an exchange on any unwashed, unworn, items with the tags attached within 14 days of the purchase date. We must have proof of purchase*. 

 

Holiday Return Policies

The Holiday Return policy applies to gift purchases made from 11.14.16-12.31.16

This applies to Rosie Pope Maternity or Rosie Pope Baby items that are purchased online or in store between November 14, 2016 and December 31, 2016. The recipient of the gift is able to return these items until January 31, 2016. The return may result in store credit, exchange, or a full refund (back to the original method of payment). Proof of purchase is required.

 

Credit Card Policies

If you are receiving a full refund on your credit card, please allow 5-8 business days for the transaction to complete. For any further help with this please contact your bank.

 

Buy Online, Return in Store

If you purchased online but live near our headquarters we would love to help you in the store! Online purchases can be dropped off at our Tribeca location Monday-Friday 11am-7pm.  You will still need to allow 7-10 business days for processing, but we can help you find another suitable item if you like.
