The Making Of: Fall ’12 Americana

When it came to designing the Fall ’12 Collection, inspirations were plentiful.  We at RPM headquarters were experiencing a love with all things Americana. We were all packing up and taking trips to different parts of the US.  Some of the girls in the office took a scenic trip down coastal California; others took in the Great Lakes of the Midwest. We traveled to the Evergreen State and the beautiful city of Seattle.  We tried to bring back as much southern charm as possible from Charleston.  When we all came back, sharing our photos through the office, we started to see a real inspiration come together. On top of all of these road trips, I was right in the middle of realizing my dream of becoming an American citizen (check out more about that here).   All of the sightseeing we did is reflected in our fall collection.  If you end up taking your own road trips this fall, make sure to bring RPM along and share your photos and stories with us!
