Infant CPR
This ever-important course covers Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for infants. This course will also prepare you to handle vital emergency & non-emergency situations including choking, falls (head/spine injuries), bleeding (scrapes, lacerations, wound care, nose bleeds, signs of internal bleeding), allergies, seizures, and more.

Breastfeeding is easy right? Yes! For many women, it is. But there are some common pitfalls to avoid. If you are prepared with what to look out for from the first moments to first days, you have a much higher likelihood of ease with breastfeeding and a plentiful milk supply. We offer a combined breastfeeding and newborn care class which will help new families to become familiar with the basics of feeding your infant in the first 6 weeks after birth and how to care for your infant in the first 6 weeks after birth. Pumping 101
Are you getting ready to go back to work or spend more time away from your baby? Do you want to keep breastfeeding, maintain your milk supply and learn how to pump and bottlefeed? This class will help you continue to breastfeed while spending time away from your baby. Topics include:

Preparing to Give Birth by Cesarean
Are you planning to give birth by cesarean? The class will give an overview of c-section delivery including:
